How does pricing work?
Eoin comes out and looks at the job in person, then gives you a free, no-obligation quote on the spot. No phone-quote guessing, no upsells — just an honest price for the work.
How long does a job take?
A typical driveway + walkway takes 1 to 2 hours. Larger homes with patios and fences can be a half-day. We'll give you an exact window when we schedule.
Do I need to be home?
No — as long as we have access to an outdoor spigot, we can clean while you're out. We'll send a few photos when we're done.
Is the cleaning safe for plants, pets and kids?
Yes. We pre-wet landscaping, use biodegradable detergents and rinse thoroughly. Keep pets and kids inside while we run equipment, and you're good to go.
What about HOA rules and community common areas?
We follow HOA water-use and noise guidelines. For common-area work, we'll coordinate with your HOA board directly.
Will power washing damage my concrete?
Not when it's done right. We match pressure to surface age and type, and we use wider fan tips on older concrete. Etching happens when inexperienced operators sit in one spot too long — we keep moving.
How do I pay?
After the job, via Venmo, Zelle, cash or check. No deposits required for standard residential jobs.
